There are a number of visual techniques I want to use in my film. A number of these will explore the use of visual poetry in telling the narrative, kinesthesis to elicit a response in the audience, and a correlation of rhythm and tempo in both music and actors that will allow me to manipulate the feeling of time.
The film will contain the use of visual poetry to tell the story. I will attempt to achieve this by using editing techniques such as fade ins, fade outs, slow motion, and the use of imposing shots of other images onto the moving film. I also wish to experiment with using the change of color in conjunction with the movement of the camera to create a unique way of transitioning time and space.
